| • $50 session fee deposit is required at the time of booking. • The session fee deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation. • Please reschedule if your child is sick or unusually cranky. • Please be prepared to schedule a 1-2 hour ordering appointment approximately 1-2 weeks after your portrait session. This appointment will be held at a mutually agreeable location where I will assist you in making your portrait/photo selections. Please make sure all decision makers will be present. We suggest you arrange for a babysitter for small children. • All images are available in black & white, sepia, or colour. • All portraits larger than 8x10 are mounted. • Online galleries will be available for up to one month. Additional charges will apply to extend the length of access to the gallery. • The customer will be charged shipping and handling if required. • All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. • All orders are non-refundable once payment is received. • Cash or cheques are accepted. • Order processing time will vary, depending on products selected. • Price catalogues will be honoured for 30-days from the session date. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice. • All images remain the property of Julie Salgado Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited. |
