Portrait Session fee: $250 with up to 5 people in session. Additional participants are $25 per person.

This includes:
- Initial meeting (on phone) to discuss details, locations, and tips to prepare for session
- 1.5-2hour photo session taken at your favourite location(s) (additional charges may apply if the location is more than 25km outside Ottawa)
- 25-35 online proofs from session to preview in personal gallery
- 1-2 hour Follow-up meeting to select prints, enlargements and products
- My time, training/experience, and talent
- Minor editing. Requests for significant specialized edits available on a per quote basis, depending on complexity of task.

Policies / Getting Ready
- $50 session fee deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The session fee deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
- Please reschedule if your child is sick or unusually cranky.
- Please be prepared to schedule a 1-2 hour ordering appointment approximately 1-2 weeks after your portrait session. This appointment will be held at a mutually agreeable location where I will assist you in making your portrait/photo selections. Please make sure all decision makers will be present. We suggest you arrange for a babysitter for small children.
- All images are available in black & white, sepia, or colour.
- All portraits larger than 8×10 are mounted.
- Online galleries will be available for up to three months. Additional charges will apply to extend the length of access to the gallery.
- The customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement.
- All orders are non-refundable once payment is received.
- Cash or cheques are accepted.
- Order processing time will vary, depending on products selected.
- Price catalogues will be honoured for 30-days from the session date. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice.
- All images remain the property of Julie Salgado Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
